So it turns out that the federal debt is actually $62 trillion. But hey, DC's got an empire to run, countries to occupy, bomb, and starve, banks to bailout, corporations to subsidize, and Ponzi schemes to fund. And there is NO possible way that we can pay all this back to our slave drivers, nor should we. As Lew Rockwell suggests, "Default! The people 'owed' this money have no moral claim on the assets of the victims, anymore than the state itself does."
